I am a Physician Assistant, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, EMT, and lifelong believer in the power of fitness and nutrition to transform health at every level.
My journey into health and performance started long before I found CrossFit. I grew up playing multiple sports — soccer, swim team, track and field, and I’ve even dabbled in rugby. My type A personality has always been drawn to movement and competition. When I discovered CrossFit in 2014, it instantly felt like more than just a workout — it felt like family. The intensity, variety, and support of the community created a space where I felt truly at home. Since then, I’ve stayed active as an avid hiker and, in 2024, completed my first marathon — a reminder that with consistency and grit, we’re capable of more than we think.
With a medical background in vascular surgery and published research on sarcopenia and protein intake in the elderly, I’ve seen firsthand the devastating effects of chronic disease — and the incredible potential of lifestyle interventions to fight back. That’s what drives my passion: using CrossFit and nutrition as preventative medicine to help people build strength, reverse disease, and reclaim their vitality. I also credit lifting and training throughout my pregnancy with giving me a smooth recovery — another example of how fitness supports every phase of life.
Whether you're managing a chronic condition or simply trying to feel better in your body, my goal is to combine medical insight with functional training to create real, sustainable change. I approach coaching with a science-backed, compassion-forward mindset, tailoring movement and nutrition guidance to meet you where you are — and help you go further than you imagined.
My coaching style is inclusive, excited, encouraging, and grounded in evidence. If you're looking for a coach who understands both the science and the struggle — and who genuinely wants to help you thrive — I’m here for you.
Let’s fight chronic disease with barbells, better food, and community.
