Kris grew up in northwest NJ, moved south to attend UNC Chapel Hill for college, then headed back up north to MGH-IHP for her Master’s in Physical Therapy. After getting married and moving back south for a few years, she headed north again to the White Mountains of NH in 2005 with her husband and two dogs. Three kids and numerous animals later, she currently spends her days bouncing between the kitchen, gym, work, sports practices, and games. An avid runner for most of her life, Kris found CrossFit in 2013 when looking for a comprehensive strength program. She quickly fell in love with the methodology, community support, and alignment with her other love - Physical Therapy. Kris has been working as a Physical Therapist since 1999 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. She worked from 2017-2022 as an Adjunct Professor for the DPT program at Plymouth State University and taught Integrated Clinical II and Exercise Prescription, Wellness, and Nutrition. She currently works as a Physical Therapist and continues to be passionate about fostering health and wellness in individuals of all ages.
